Know Center was successfully represented at the 11th International Conference on Mobile and Ubiquitous Systems in London by Jörg Simon, Ubiquitous Personal Computing Team (Know Center).
The poster “An Energy Efficient Implementation of Differential Synchronisation on Mobile Devices” was a common project of Know Center and Mendeley and the demo “My Places Diary – Automatic Place and Transportation Mode Detection” was developed within a joint R&D project of Know Center and Joanneum Research.
MobiQuitous 2014 was especially competitive with an acceptance rate of only 19%. “Our poster attracted a lot of people and the conference was highly informative with numerous exciting workshops,” says Jörg Simon.
