The Microsoft Developer Blog introduces the company C3 Loyalty Services in a blogpost and reports on their successful cooperation with Know-Center experts, who have advised C3 Loyalty Services within a Customer Analytics and Customer Insight project during several months.
Sebastian Dennerlein and Emanuel Lacic from Know-Center‘s Social Computing Team have supported C3 to create sophisticated Data-Analytics methods with modern research technologies. This enables distributors to precisely determine the individual preferences of customers and to find new target groups through cross-sector analysis. Furthermore, it can be determined when and where to address consumers. Another advantage, is that customers no longer have to search through newsletters and brochures, but are presented with targeted offers.
