On 21 September 2017, the International Partnering Day 2017 took place, which was organized by the Medical University of Graz as part of the Knowledge Transfer Center South (WTZ Süd). The Know-Center was represented with a pitch and a poster for med360 at this event.
The Partnering Day 2017 with the topic “Health Tech Innovations for Successful Business” brought together cutting-edge research and business expertise and successfully connected researchers with entrepreneurs. 130 participants from 6 different countries presented their technological know-how and their trend-setting developments in the form of short pitches, posters in an exhibition and B2B meetings. Among them was Hermann Stern from Know-Center, who held a pitch titled “Design and development of small technicians ‘helpers’, which supports the cognitive skills of humans“. Furthermore, Melanie Mayr from Know-Center also presented the new Know-Center Service “med360” with a poster at the event.
In the afternoon, the Know-Center had the opportunity for B2B discussions: Hermann Stern was engaged in talks about project options and cooperation with Know-Center, while Melanie Mayr won new users for med360 by showcasing its features in an interactive demo.
