Peter Kraker finished his dissertation “Visualizing research fields based on scholarly communication on the web” in 2013. His work deals with the so-called information overload in science and how one gets an overview at the beginning of a scientific work about the topic. It aims to address this problem of classic literature search with visualizations based on scholarly communication on the web.
At this event, all in all, the 15 best master thesis and dissertations were presented. The aim is to offer a panel to alumni of social and economic sciences to present their scientific achievements to an interested public and make contacts for the future. Congratulations, Peter!
