Data-driven services create benefits for your customers, optimize your processes and create additional value. For many companies it is a challenge to identify the right data sources, analyze them and derive appropriate services with high benefits.
Together with the Know Center, we have developed a set of cards for the systematic development of data-driven services for you (see Know Center und Green Tech Cluser entwickeln Tool für datengetriebene Services).
With experts from the Know Center we will present the Data Service Cards to you in this 4-hour workshop. Following other successful methods like the well-known St. Gallen Business Model Canvas, we will work with the Data Service Cards and the Data Product Canvas of the Know Center in small groups to develop your new Data Services.
