Senior Project Manager (f/m/d)

Your tasks

• Overseeing and managing IT, Data Science, and AI projects from initiation to completion
• Collaborating with project stakeholders (business, software, and research areas) to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines
• Maintaining contacts with clients and supporting sales processes
• Establishing project monitoring mechanisms to track progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary
• Preparing and distributing regular project status reports, highlighting key milestones, risks, and accomplishments
• Identifying opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancements within the project management framework
• Executing project controlling (effort, time, risk)
• Creating project budget
• Coordinating and organizing project teams
• Elaborating project closure (delivering acceptance protocol and lessons learned)

Your qualifications

• University degree in project management or business administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in project management, preferably within the IT or data science sector
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at various levels
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with keen attention to detail
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Certifications such as IPMA Level C, SCRUM, etc.
• IPMA Level B will be of advantage
• Very good knowledge of English and German

For this position, we offer a monthly gross salary between EUR 3,455 and 4,500 (for 38.5 h/w), depending on experience, qualification, and education.
